Our process

We only require 2 critical information/files

1) CAD file from your designer

2)Colours for the house

CAD file we require is Autocad format known as DWG file. This is the most commonly used drafting program for house designs. Some companies are using  programs such as Revit, Archicad etc

If any prospective clients use any program other than AUTOCAD , the client’s drafting department can easily export DWG compatible file from their programs. ( we have many clients who do this)

For colours, we can send you a colour form to fill the details before we start. 

UNABLE TO GET CAD FILE?

No worries! If a client does not have any CAD file  to give us, we can still work from a sketch or PDF file , but there will be a small additional fee. 

1 off =  4 working days

 (extremely urgent work = 48 hours)

3 off =  5 working days

5 off  = 7 working days

10 off =  8 working days

More than 10 then 2 weeks Approximately.

The above time frame applies to preliminary work completed for your approval. Also, please note that non-availability of necessary files & colours will delay the project by few days. It is mandatory that we receive all files & instructions to avoid any delays.

NO! This applies to our regular clients. If you are a new client specially if you are NOT a builder or a designer, then we will complete your project first but we will require the payment before we send the final image. As soon as the payment is made, we will send the image straight away. After your first project with us, you do not need to pay upfront again.

 We will create PRELIMINARY LOW RESOLUTION for your perusal. If there is anything you do not like on the image we will gladly change or add any detail you require(except for the roof line). We understand that the final image is critical part of your marketing & you will need to get it right first time. We will work with you to get it perfect.

Our usual final image sizes is suitable for A3 paper size.  In pixel terms, it is 3000x1689 ( 16:9 Ratio) for single storey homes & 3000x2000 for 2 storey homes. & it is 300DPI. This resolution is perfectly fine for most applications. If you need a different size please let us know. If you need much higher resolution for  printing on billboards then please inform us before we start your project.
